Mark was raised in Wayne County Ohio, earned a bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries from Spring Arbor College (1995), and was ordained by the Free Methodist Church (1999) . He joined the LW Staff in 1999 as Youth Pastor and took on Worship Arts (2004) and Organizational Development (2007) in the years to follow. He now serves as the lead pastor and is passionate about seeing the church become everything Jesus Christ desires for it to be. Mark enjoys being out in the woods hunting, camping, and being with his wife (Deb), daughter (Allison), and son (Grady).

Marc was raised in Apple Creek, Ohio and earned a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Malone University. He joined the LW Staff in January 2009 as Director of Adult Group Life and since then has added Operations to his role (2010). Currently, he is a graduate

student at Malone University majoring in Business Administration. Marc is passionate about empowering people to reach their potential. Marc enjoys watching Ohio State football and spending time with his wife (Sheila), daughter (Madalyn), and dog (Sophie).

Deb was raised in Wooster, Ohio and earned a bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Akron. She joined the LW Staff in April 2001 as the Director of Children's Ministry. She now serves as the Director of Ministry Development and is passionate about helping others see Christ and experience the joy and peace that comes with a relationship with Him. Deb enjoys going to the beach, being with her small group, worshiping God, her job, and spending time with her husband (Dan) and children (Chris, Luke, & Rachel).

Phil was raised in Lagrange, Ohio and earned a bachelor's degree in Worship Arts from Spring Arbor University in May 2009. He joined the LW Staff in August 2010 as the Director of Worship Arts. He enjoys techie stuff, guitar equipment, frisbee, and spending time with his wife (Hannah) and son (Micah).

Jen was raised in Dalton, Ohio and earned a bachelor's degree in Worship Arts (emphasis in communications & music) from Spring Arbor University in May 2007. She joined the LW Staff in September 2007. In her role as Communications Coordinator, Jen is passionate about using her skills to prepare printed materials, update website content, and create images in Photoshop. In addition, she oversees the Connection Pointe and Office Area. Jen enjoys reading, music, being out in the community, and most importantly, spending time with her husband (Tim) and daughter (Anna). Regina was raised in Wayne County Ohio, earned an Emerge Ministry Pastoral Certificate, and was ordained by the Free Methodist Church (2005). She joined the LW Staff in 1998 as Pastor of Care and is passionate about helping others move closer to Jesus Christ. Regina enjoys cooking, crocheting, reading, flea markets, and spending time with her husband (Tim), children, and grandchildren.

John was raised in Wyandotte, MI and earned a bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry from Spring Arbor University in May 2009. He joined the LW Staff in June 2009 as the Director of Student Ministry. John is passionate about "Grandy blue", youth ministry, living out of a fully alive heart, nintendo wii, ice cream, having fun, and living out the vision and values of Living Water. He enjoys movies, the outdoors, journaling, hanging out with students, woodworking, sports, traveling, missions, and hanging out with his two favorite people on earth (wife - Liz and son - Noah).

Dan was raised in Dalton, Ohio, earned a degree from Kent State University (1968), and was ordained in 1986. He joined the LW Staff in August 2006 as the Cross Cultural Resources Coordinator. Dan is passionate about the people of Liberia, missions, and leading short-term outreach teams. He enjoys meeting new people, sports (officated for 38 years - volleyball, basketball, and baseball), and spending time with his wife (Sue) and family.

Steve was raised in Canal Fulton, Ohio and has over twenty-five years experience as a handyman. He joined the LW Staff in July 2010 as the Facility Coordinator. Steve is passionate about spending time with his wife (Laura) & friends, and living his life in a ways that honors God. He enjoys working with his hands and helping people.

Andrea was raised in Kidron, Ohio and earned a Medical Transcription Certificate from The University of Akron, Wayne College. She joined the LW Staff in 2008 as the Student Ministry Assistant. Andrea is passionate about helping students realize their value in Jesus Christ. She enjoys vacations, reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with her husband (Curt), daughter (Alyssa), and son (Zac).

Janice was raised in California and attended Point Loma Nazarene University as a music major. She joined the LW Staff in 2013 as the Director of Children's Ministry after serving over 20 years in Children's Ministry at various churches around the country. Janice is passionate about building teams of volunteers who love Christ, kids, and families. She loves to give families the tools and support to be the spiritual leaders of their homes and help them be the best parents and example of Christ to their kids. She enjoys roller coasters, HGTV & DIY, power tools, and spending time with her husband (Mike) and adult children (Shawn & Julie).

Kelly was raised in Seville, Ohio and earned an associate's degree in Business from the University of Akron. She joined the LW Staff in May 2008 as the Children's Ministry Assistant. Kelly is passionate about caring for and teaching children as well as building relationships with our volunteers and parents. She enjoys sports (especially baseball), camping, scrapbooking, and spending time with her husband (Dave) and sons (Caleb, Adam, & Seth).

Robin was raised in Dalton, Ohio and has spent twenty-seven years working in a public school Treasurer's Office. She joined the LW Staff in 2010 as the Finance Assistant. Robin is passionate about Mike McFarren, her grandchildren, intercessory prayer, and Living Water. She enjoys spending time with Mike (any time, any place) and her family.
